This report was written by Dr Chris Morris of Ulaidh Research Consulting. Dr Morris was a Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) statistician for over thirty years, working in various departments on a wide range of statistical issues and surveys. Since 2009 he has been working as a self-employed research consultant and is currently a member of the University of Ulster Research Ethics Committee.
